n iL <br /> Quarterly Monitoring and Sampling Report(Q4 2000) 3 <br /> Ranch Market 23569 Santa Fe Road Riverbank California December 19 2000 <br /> related to the feasibility test are presented in SECOR's Problem Assessment Report, dated <br /> November 8, 2000 <br /> Domestic Wells <br /> Four domestic water supply wells are located within 340 feet of the former tank pit (Figure 2) <br /> Well # Location from Tank Pit Comments <br /> DW-1 90 feet west of tank pit onsite well <br /> DW-2 120 feet south of tank pit Down gradient of tank pit (well )Idle) <br /> DW-3 245 feet south-southeast Down gradient of tank pit <br /> DW-4 340 feet south of tank pit Down gradient of tank pit <br /> Water samples collected from domestic wells have been analyzed for the presence of BTEX, <br /> TPHg, MtBE, TBA, D1PE, ETRE, TAME, 1,2-Dichloroethane (1,2-DCA), and 1,2- <br /> Dibromoethane (EDB) Since water samples collected from DW-2 contained reportable <br /> concentrations of MtBE, the well was taken out of service <br /> On April 6, 2000, SECOR's field technician interviewed the property owners or renters <br /> associated with the four domestic water wells and found that water pumped from wells DW-1, <br /> DW-3, and DW-4 was used for irrigation and domestic use All parties interviewed indicated <br /> they were drinking bottle water <br /> Groundwater Monitorinit <br /> Water Table Elevations and Gradient <br /> On November 16, 2000, SECOR personnel measured the depth to water in each of the ten site- <br /> related groundwater monitoring wells (Table 2) A water level indicator was used to gauge the <br /> wells to the nearest 0 01 foot A groundwater elevation contour map, prepared from the data <br /> collected on November 16, 2000, indicates that groundwater flow is generally toward the south <br /> at a gradient of 0 0025 ft/ft (Figure 3) Current and histoncal groundwater monitoring data are <br /> summarized in Table 2 <br /> Separate-Phase Petroleum Thickness <br /> Well gauging and sampling efforts on November 16, 2000, did not detect separate-phase <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons in any of the wells monitored (Table 2) <br /> File Riverbank-00 4Q <br />
