Problem Assessment Report Page 3 <br /> Ranch Market,23569 South Santa Fe Road,Riverbank,CA November 8,2000 <br />' • On April 28, 2000, the RWQCB conditionally approves SECOR's April 25, 2000 <br /> Revised Work Plan For Soil and Groundwater Assessment Final approval was <br /> granted on June 1, 2000 via an email from the RWQCB <br /> 0 On May 18, 2000, SECOR oversaw the down-hole video logging of domestic wells <br />' DW-1 and DW-2 SECOR submitted the May 23, 2000, Domestic Well Video Survey <br /> Report to the RWQCB The video log revealed the domestic well DW-2 that <br /> contained reportable concentrations of MtBE, was approximately 59 feet deep and had <br />' a hole in the casing at 32 and 40 feet bgs Well DW-1 was 70 feet deep and appeared <br /> to be screened from 60 to 70 feet bgs <br />' • On July 17-18, 2000, SECOR oversaw the advancement of GeoprobeTM borings GP-1 <br /> through GP-4 north, east, and south of the former UST location <br />' • On July 24, 2000, SECOR advanced two continuous core soil borings, SB-1 and SB-2, <br /> to 70 feet bgs to define the lithology and vertical impacts to soil <br />' • On August 8-11, 2000, SECOR oversaw the installation of MW-5D and MW-5 <br /> through MW-9 to define the vertical and lateral extent of soil and groundwater <br />' impacted with gasoline released from the former UST at the Site <br /> • A report was submitted by SECOR entitled Evaluation of Potable Water Sources, <br />' dated August 18, 2000 to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) and the RWQCB <br />' • September 6, 2000 SECOR attends meeting with RWQCB, SJCEHD, SWRCB UST <br /> Cleanup Fund to review the assessment results and plans for the supply of potable <br /> water to the Pantoja Property <br /> • A work plan was submitted by SECOR entitled Work Plan For Well Installation and <br /> Feasibility Testing, dated September 13, 2000 to the RWQCB <br /> • A report was submitted b SECOR entitled Additional Evaluation o Potable Water <br /> P Y .f <br /> Sources, dated September 14, 2000 to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) and the RWQCB <br /> • On September 21 and 22, 2000, SECOR oversaw the installation of air sparge well <br /> IAS-1 and six soil vapor extraction wells, V-1 through V-6 through and adjacent to the <br /> former tank pit at the Site A summary of the well installation and results of the soil <br /> vapor extraction/air sparge feasibility test (SVE/AS) conducted on October 2 and 3, <br /> 2000 are presented in a later section of the report <br /> Details related to the distribution of gasoline in the soil and groundwater at the Site are <br /> discussed in later sections of this report <br /> I <br /> File PAR-report doc SECOR International Incorporated <br />
