Santa Fe Road. <br /> PHS-EHD recommends that you request bids from multiple G57 California Licensed Well Drillers <br /> for installing a replacement well with a two hundred foot (200) grout seal on the property at 23565 <br /> S Santa Fe Road The well location should be based on the required distances from septic systems, <br /> available electrical connection, and the greatest distance it can be placed from the known petroleum <br /> contamination given the other site factors Prior to installing the well, a test hole should be drilled <br /> and the groundwater sampled and analyzed for'PH as Gasoline,BTEX, MtBE,pesticides, <br /> fertilizers, and fecal coliform. The laboratory test results should be submitted to PHS-EHD for <br /> approval prior to installation of the well A PHS-EHD permit to install the test hole and the well is <br /> required <br /> In addition, the water from the domestic well at the Ranch Market is to be sampled and <br /> tested for bacteria (fecal coliform from the upgradient septic system), fertilizers and <br /> pesticides immediately.
