Santa Fe Road. <br /> PHS-F-HD recommends that you request bids from multiple 057 Cigomia Licensed Well Drillers <br /> for installing a replacenrientwell with a two hundred foot(2001 grout seal on the property at 23565 <br /> S,Santa Fe Road The well location should be based on the required distances from septic systems, <br /> available electrical connection,and the greatest distance it can be placed from the lmown petroleum <br /> contarnination given the other site factors. Prior to installing the well,a test hole should be drilled <br /> and the groundwater sampled and analyzed for Tf'H as Gasoline,BTEY,MtBE,pesucides, <br /> fertilizers,and fecal coliform. The laboratorytest results should be submitted to PHS-EHD for <br /> approval prior to installation of the well. A PHS-EHD permit to install the test hole and the well is <br /> required <br /> In addition,the water from the domestic well at the Ranch Market is to be sampled and <br /> tested for bacteria(fecal coliform from the upgradient septic system), fertihzers and <br /> pesticides immediately.
