Work Plan For Well Installation and Feasibility Testing 7 <br /> Ranch Market Site 23569 South Santa Fe Road Riverbank California Se tember 13 2000 <br /> • Dissolved oxygen (DO) in the four groundwater monitoring wells prior to starting the <br /> test, four hours into the test, and after termination of the test Dissolved oxygen (DO) <br /> will also be monitored in the air sparge well and six vapor wells prior to starting the test <br /> and after termination of the test <br /> • The depth-to-groundwater (DTW) levels will be measured and recorded to the nearest <br /> 0 01 foot using an electronic water level Indicator in wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, and <br /> MW-4 prior to starting the test, four hours Into the test, and after termination of the test, <br /> • FID readings of the extracted vapor stream from the six individual SVE wells and air <br /> treatment inlet (pre-dilution) every 30 minutes and contaminant concentrations in the <br /> air treatment outlet port approximately every 60 minutes, <br /> • Lower explosive levels (LELs) in extracted vapor stream using an LEL meter at the air <br /> treatment inlet (pre-dilution) approximately every 60 minutes, and, <br /> • Four hours into the test, vapor samples will be collected from the total well field prior <br /> to the air treatment inlet (pre-dilution), Inf-AS, and the three SVE wells V-1 (AS-V-1), <br /> V-2 (AS-V-2), and V-5 (AS-V-5) prior to termination of the SVE/AS test <br /> • The air samples will be submitted to a California-certified laboratory for the analysis of <br /> TPHg, BTEX, and MTBE by EPA Method 8260B <br /> 5.5 Report Preparation <br /> A Problem Assessment Report (PAR) will be prepared following the Appendix A Tri-Regional <br /> Guidelines The report will include 1) a summary of all previous work completed at the site, <br /> 2) soil and groundwater the results from previous assessment activities, and 3) the results of the <br /> SVFJAS feasibility test The report will include SVE and AS obtainable flowrates and <br /> vacuums/pressures, radii of influences to determine both SVE and AS well spacing, and <br /> contaminant mass removal rates to properly size the SVFJAS equipment The PAR will include <br /> evaluation and selection of the most feasible remedial method for the removal or insitu <br /> destruction of gasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons adsorbed to soil and dissolved in <br /> groundwater at the site The PAR will be submitted to the RWQCB-CVR and the SJCEHD for <br /> . review and comment <br /> File Ranch Market\Report Wl WdIIstsW Fe sMLty t WICP wpd <br />
