The Site Health and <br /> Safety Plan is included as Attachment A. The monitor well permit application and fee will <br /> follow in approximately 1 week. The encroachment and revokable permits will be forwarded <br /> to your office once they are approved. <br /> During the 12 January meeting held in the Capitol Project office, you indicated that you would <br /> be able to assist in obtaining access to install the upgradient well on Caltrans property.
