PHS/EHD has prepared the following comments for your consideration. <br /> Closure was requested for the following former underground storage tanks: <br /> Tank# Contents Date Removed <br /> 1257-04 1,000 gallon waste oil April 14, 1988 <br /> 1257-06 1,000 gallon waste oil May 3, 1988 <br /> 1257-07 1,000 gallon leaded gasoline May 3, 1988 <br /> 1257-08 1,000 gallon leaded gasoline May 3, 1988 <br /> 1257-09 1,000 gallon leaded gasoline May 3, 1988 <br /> 1257-10 350 gallon fuel oil August 9, 1989 <br /> PHS/EHD prepared correspondence regarding former tanks #1257-06 and 1257-09 indicating that tank closure <br /> was completed and based upon available information no further action will be required at this time. <br /> Please be aware that tanks #4, 7, 8, and 10 cannot be certified closed because additional investigation is required <br /> either due to contamination detected or due to the use of detection limits too high to determine that closure is <br /> warranted. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact Mary Meays at (209) 468-0337. <br /> Donna Heran, REHS, Director <br /> En�vi�ro",(nmental HealthD <br /> ivision <br /> M,lay, Diane M.
