This contingency may also cover the costs of disposal of soil cuttings and purge waters generated by the investigation and monitoring work. It is proposed to temporarily store these materials in 55 gallon drums at the site until the analytical results are available which will determine how the materials can be disposed. Schedule WESTON can proceed with this project within two weeks of receipt of written authorization to proceed. The total elapsed time from authorization to proceed to submittal of the draft final report to Capital Projects is 10 weeks. Business Arrangements WESTON is offering to complete the work detailed above based on the WESTON General Terms and Conditions presented in Attachment 1. All work is proposed to be completed on a time and materials basis utilizing the Total Estimated Budget amount as a ceiling which will not be exceeded unless specifically approved in advance by Capital Projects. Invoicing will be on a monthly basis and will be provided to the level of detail shown on Attachment 2. Should a higher level of detail or extensive backup documentation be required, WESTON can provide any level of detail needed but at extra cost which can be negotiated in advance.
