If this well is not <br /> i.nntalle<1 at the time of thr rest of the work, the estimated budget <br /> will dcercasc to $45,677, a decrease of $49M. special mention <br /> ,,huuld be made, however, that due to the nobitization and costs <br /> incurred due to extra site visits, the estimated oust for install- <br /> ing and sampling MW-4 at a later date will be approximately $7900. <br /> Schedule <br /> The schedule for this project will remain as is shown in the Work <br /> Pian. it is anticipated that the field work could begin within two <br /> to three weeks following your authorization to proceed. Availabil- <br /> ity of the drilling subcontractor during the busy summer months <br /> will be the determining factor in the mart-up. <br /> Due to the uncertainties involved in well installation work in <br /> confined locations, WESTON proposes to perform this work on a time <br /> and materials basis, working againot the authorised budget estimate <br /> as a predetermined not-to-exceed-ceiling. While the estimate is <br /> not a guarantee of price, it is ttc. cost which WESTON fully expects <br /> to be able to complete the scope of work proposed assuping average <br /> drilling conditions. As implied by the not-to--exceed-ceiling, <br /> WESTON would not exceed the budget estimate without additional <br /> authorisation. This may happen when rite conditions or a client's <br /> request forces a change in the scope of work.
