The well permit application and permit fees must be submitted. Once the permits are issued, the well installation can be scheduled. Once the monitoring wells have been installed, quarterly monitoring, groundwater sampling and reporting must be initiated. A work plan to investigate contaminant impact to groundwater should be submitted by July 10, 2000. Soil and groundwater samples must be analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH)as gasoline, Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylene (BTEX), MTBE,TAME, ETBE, DIPE, and TBA using appropriate laboratory methods. 130 N. After groundwater investigations at 222 E. Weber and 130 N. Hunter, and the other site investigations discussed above have been conducted, another meeting can be scheduled to discuss site information and prioritization.
