Enclosed herewith regarding the <br /> foregoing is a copy of a letter from the Public Health Services to our client <br /> which we received on May 20, 1999 and requesting notice to the record title <br /> owner. In compliance with Sections 25297.15(a) and 25299.37.2(x) of the <br /> California Health and Safety Code, the County of San Joaquin, as current fee <br /> title owner of the aforesaid real property, is herewith notified so that the local <br /> agency can consider cleanup or site closure proposals from the primary or <br /> active responsible party, issue a closure letter, or make a determination that <br /> no further action is required with respect to "hazardous substance" <br /> underground storage tank release sites.
