The 1.35-acre site is located at 1514 East Scotts Avenue in <br /> Stockton. <br /> Environmental investigations occurred at three areas of the site (rinse and <br /> drainage areas and hazardous materials storage area). Repairing and <br /> refurbishing helicopter rotor blades contaminated some soil with heavy metals <br /> The Mission of (arsenic, lead). Groundwater has not been impacted. The cleanup activities <br /> outlined below must be completed under DTSC oversight to ensure the site is <br /> the Departmentof protective of human health and the environment. <br /> Toxic Substances,: <br /> Proposed Cleanup <br /> Control is to `' ".. The goal of the proposed cleanup is to reduce the potential human health risk <br /> associated with elevated levels of heavy metals in soil. Before a cleanup <br /> provide the highest'` method was proposed, several alternative methods were evaluated.
