I will also need a written corrective action
statement for each item: 103, 110, 1 1 1, 115, 601 , and 608. 1 accepted documentation
provided for items 110, 1 1 1 , 115, and 608. 1 still need clarification for item 103 and disposal
records for 601 .
For item 103, please refer to the inspection report (attached) observations, regulation
guidance, and corrective action under item 103. Ron had indicated that the booth filters
are being disposed as non-hazardous waste. Analytical lab analysis was not available onsite
during the inspection to support the waste determination. For Geweke's RTC, I received
TCLP testing by Sparger Technology, Inc. for the paint booth filters conducted for Jerry's
Paint and Supply. Because I didn't receive a corrective action statement to go along with
this, I am unclear as to why a different facility's results were submitted.
For item 601 , please refer to inspection report, the two drums that were observed to be
storing hazardous waste longer than 180 days were: one drum of hazardous waste paint-
related material, and another drum of hazardous waste water-based paint rinsate. I did not
receive a disposal record for the water-based paint rinsate.
I received a consolidated manifest for the paint related waste, but a uniform hazardous
waste manifest was generated for this pick up. Please provide a copy of the uniform
manifest.
3
