I <br /> FIELD REPORT <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY BUILDING <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br />' Introduction <br />' On August 12 and 13, 1993, ROY F.
