This is to notify you that Section <br /> 25297.15 (a) in Chapter 6.7 of the Health and Safety Code includes a requirement that <br /> EHD (local agency) not issue a closure letter, or make a determination that no further <br /> action is required with respect to "hazardous substance" underground storage tank <br /> release sites unless all current record owner of fee title to the site have been notified of <br /> the proposed action by the primary or active responsible party. <br /> Please provide EHD certification in writing that all record fee title owners have been <br /> notified of the request for closure. If you are the sole property owner, provide a <br /> statement of that fact to EHD., to fulfill this requirement (form enclosed).
