PHS/EHD has summarize the analytical results obtained from the sample collected from beneath the <br /> tanks,at approximately 10 feet below ground surface. <br /> Sample ID I Benzene Toluene Xylene TPH-Diesel <br /> Center Between Tanks I <0.010 mglkg 0.010 mg/kg 0.188 mg/kg 3,000 m g <br /> PHS/EHD issued correspondence dated March 8, 1994,indicating that an unauthorized release report had been filed <br /> (5118/88)and that the site would be prioritized. PHS/EHD placed the site into the Local Oversight Pro-ram on <br /> December 17, 1996. <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund staff has completed their detailed review and will issue a <br /> letter of commitment once PHS/EHD has determined that you are in compliance with the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations. <br /> PHS/EHD has summarized the information available regarding the site which should be distributed to environmental <br /> consulting companies with registered professionals,to obtain bids for the preparation of a work plan. You may <br /> contact PHS/EHD staff or the State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund staff to aid in the selection of a <br /> bid for the preparation of a work plan.
