This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: During the inspection, Sheri Luiz, Office Manager, stated that the business switched <br /> waste vendors in 2018. In addition,the business changed ownership in February 2017. Sheri Luiz called the <br /> previous vendor, Safety-Kleen,who stated that they could not provide any disposal records from that time frame do <br /> to a change in ownership(for Safety-Kleen). Sheri stated that she would start to keep three years worth of records. <br /> This violation was corrected during the inspection. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3)Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts for 2017 for hazardous wastes including used oil, oily <br /> debris, and paper/metal oil filters were not found on site during the inspection <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: During the inspection, Sheri Luiz, Office Manager, stated that the business switched <br /> waste vendors in 2018.
