Also <br /> enclosed with the permit application is a check for $89.00 to the order of San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District. The $89.00 is an application fee required by San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board is the Lead Agency on this <br /> salt contamination investigation and has been provided with a copy of this <br /> permit. They have also been instructed to provide San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District with a written approval of the construction plan. <br /> The drilling contractor (P.C. Exploration of Roseville) has indicated that his <br /> required paper work is on file with San Joaquin County.
