The subject property was not identified in the databases reviewed. 7.1.1 Federal NPL List The EPA's National Priorities List (NPL) of uncontrolled or abandoned hazardous wastes sites was reviewed for sites within one mile of the subject property. To appear on the NPL, sites must have met or surpassed a predetermined hazard ranking system score, been chosen as a state's top priority site, pose a significant health or environmental threat, or be a site where the EPA has determined that remedial action is more cost-effective than removal action. According to the database, the site is a military facility that is currently undergoing remedial assessment.
