Granite Construction Company at 10500 Harlan Road South is less than 0.5 miles northwest (crossgradient) of the subject property. According to EDR the site is undergoing preliminary site assessment. Based on this information and the distance of the facility from the subject property, the potential for this facility to impact this subject property is low. 7.1.7 State Underground Storage Tank Sites '• The California UST list was reviewed to assess whether USTs are located on or adjoining the subject property, The database search identified two UST sites within 1/8 mile search distance of the subject property. Sharpe Army Depot and H&M Transport were identified by EDR as UST sites. No violations were reported on the database search. Based on this information, the potential for these facilities to impact the subject property is currently low. 7.1.8 Other Information Dames & Moore reviewed the Orphan list Sites, which are sites that have not been geocoded based on lack of sufficient data regarding their exact location within the general area.
