Revised Monitoring and R sorting Program No. 93-100 10
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Site 300— Pit 1
San Joaquin County
(d) Groundwater elevation contour maps for all groundwater zones, if
applicable, shall be prepared and included semi annually for the quarters
of the highest and lowest groundwater elevation.
(e) A table showing well construction details such as well number,
groundwater zone being monitored, coordinates (longitude and latitude),
ground surface elevation, reference elevation, elevation of screen,
elevation of bentonite, elevation of filter pack, and elevation of well bottom.
(f) Hydrographs of each well showing the elevation of groundwater with
respect to the elevations of the top and bottom of the screened interval.
Hydrographs will be prepared until the Central Valley Water Board staff
determines they are no longer necessary.
(g) Cumulative data tables containing the water quality analytical results and
depth to groundwater.
(h) A copy of the laboratory analytical data report will be maintained by LLNL
and will be made available to the Central Valley Water Board upon
request.
22. An Annual Report shall be submitted to the Central Valley Water Board by
1 March of each year. This report shall contain an evaluation of the
effectiveness and progress of the investigation and remediation and may be
substituted for the fourth quarter monitoring report. The Annual Report shall
contain the following minimum information:
(a) Both tabular and graphical summaries of all data obtained during the year.
(b) Groundwater elevation contour maps containing all data obtained during
the previous year. Groundwater contour maps shall be prepared
individually representing each quarter of groundwater elevation monitoring
results.
(c) A discussion of the long-term trends in the concentrations of any
pollutants detected in the groundwater monitoring wells.
(d) A table listing the constituents of concern whose concentrations in
groundwater indicate or in the past indicated statistically significant
evidence of release with a column explaining compliance with Title 23.
(e) A table showing historical lateral and vertical (if applicable) flow directions
and gradients.
