I _. <br /> 0.2 <br /> 0 .a w ��► <br /> O�°101`1 •'e 1-10, y� ,11P 1 r� <br /> ——BENZENE —Trend <br /> Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> A 2006 records search at the Department of Water Resources and an on-the-ground survey in <br /> the area did not identify any CDPH regulated wells within a 2,000 feet radius of the Site. <br /> Drinking water at and near the Site is currently supplied by the California Water Service, <br /> Stockton District. <br /> Risk Evaluation <br /> No human health risk assessment was noted in Geotracker. <br /> Recommendation <br /> May, source area monitoring well MW3-3 and down gradient well MW3-8 have historically had <br /> elevated concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater. However, after 12 years of <br /> monitoring, the groundwater plume is shrinking in size and concentration. Groundwater within <br /> the source area will likely remain above WQOs for years to decades. The affected shallow <br /> groundwater is not used as a source of water supply nor is it likely to be used as a source of <br /> water supply in the foreseeable future. Water users in the vicinity of the site rely on the <br /> California Water Service. Based on facts in the record and hydrologic and geologic conditions <br /> at the site, the limited residual petroleum hydrocarbons that remain in soil and groundwater <br /> pose a low risk to human health, safety and the environment.
