The Work Plan proposes to construct three new
monitoring wells and sample two existing monitoring wells in response to a Notice of Violation and a
California Water Code, Section 13267 request dated 16 July 2003, for a technical report to assess
groundwater quality beneath the spill location.
We concur with the Work Plan. If monitoring results warrant, additional monitoring locations may be
required for the facility.
If you have questions, I may be contacted at(916) 255-3022 or by E-mail at address
lockwo2_a,rb5s.swrcb.ca.g_ov.
GEORGE W.
