Quarterly Report - Fourth Quarter 2002
FORMER FISCO WAREHOUSE (Howard Lenz Property)
1.648 Shaw Road, Stockton, California
1.0. INTRODUCTION
I At the request of Mr Peter Lenz of Innovative Beverage Brokers,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc
(AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 1648 Shaw Road, Stockton,
California The site and the surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1 Structures, boring and well
E locations are illustrated on Figure 2 Background information is summarized in the AGE-prepared
Preliminary Site Investigation Report, dated 30 December 1997
2.0. PROCEDURES
Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines issued by San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the sampling of ground water monitoring wells and
Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for investigation
of underground storage tank (UST) sites
2 1 WELL MONITORING, EVACUATION AND SAMPLING
On 07 November 2002, AGE attempted to measure the depth to ground water in monitoring wells
' MWl through MW7 relative to the tops of the well casings utilizing a Solinst water level meter,
however, depth measurements were not possible as all seven wells had no measurable water in them
(Appendix A) Consequently, these wells cannot be purged or sampled Field sheets and data are
included in Appendix A
3.0. FINDINGS
' Ground water elevation, flow direction, and gradient cannot be determined from field data collected
on 07 November 2002 because there was no measurable water in any of the seven ground water
monitoring wells In addition, the contaminant impact to ground water could not be quantified
' because ground water samples cannot be collected
4.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Based on the data collected from the site, AGE finds
' Groundwater elevations at the site decreased in wells MW 1 through MW7 an average of at
least 2 8 feet(to below the screened depth of monitoring wells MW-4 through MW-7)since
the third quarter 2002 monitoring event
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc
