The painters had the other two empty drums set back with our paint supplier. Violation 605:The Full photo 2 pictures shows 4 55 gallon drums, Front left is New Acetone 55 gallon, front right and two in back are used for paint waste newly labeled see picture V605. Also included is a close up V605a of the label provided by the waste management pick up group. Fremouw Environmental for use on Property. They have let us know upon transport they will install a new label. The following violations require additional information: -Violation 406:Just wanted to clarify regarding the three empty 55-gallon drums with acetone.The response stated that the drums were labeled with a hazardous waste label.Are you planning on re-using the empty drums again? Full page photo attached for reference. -Violation 605: Before I close this one I wanted to clarify, the Four 55-gallon drums with waste paint observed with no hazardous waste paint.
