The private right-of-way and the approach on Milton Road shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-lc <br /> and R-17 and the Linden-Peters Fire District prior to issuance of <br /> the occupancy permit (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 551. 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Linden area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 22496 East <br /> Milton Road, Lodi. <br />
