Provide a corrective action statement to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 505 CCR 66262.34(f)Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 750 gallon hazardous waste tank storing used oil had a hazardous waste label that was <br /> missing the accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Label the hazardous waste tank with the words"Hazardous Waste'and the accumulation <br /> start date. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f)Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing paper oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used antifreeze was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state,composition <br /> (contents),and accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
