' <br /> PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION <br /> We understand that the proposed Marway Estates will <br /> include the development of 69 approximate 1 - <br /> pp to 1 . 5 acre <br /> lots located south of Eight-Mile Road approximately one-half <br /> mile east of Highway 99. For the purposes of this report, we <br /> have assumed that the proposed residential homes would be one <br /> and two-story wood-frame structures .
