The Master Plans will have an affect on the properties in <br /> the study area and as such should have the benefit of public input . <br /> On March 19 , 1987 , the Planning Commission approved the vested <br /> tentative map (SU-87-14 ) for 66-lot rural residential subdivision, <br /> known as Morada Estates North for Zagaris Management Services , <br /> Inc. There have also been several other subdivisions submitted <br /> to Staff for preliminary review that are within the master plan <br /> area. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> There is no fiscal impact on San Joaquin County resulting from <br /> this recommendation. <br /> ACTION FOLLOWING APPROVAL: <br /> The Department of Public Works will submit the master plans to <br /> the Board of Supervisors for their consideration and approval . <br />
