Parkwoods Cleaners, 1901 Country Club Blvd. Stockton, CA Record ID PR0514425
2/6/2020 CUPA— Haz. Waste
PHOTO#7
A square poly container, approximately 5-gallons in size and labeled Solvair cleaning fluid, and storing liquid propylene glycol hazardous waste is missing
the words "Hazardous Waste" and an accumulation start date (IMG 0664, 0668-9). The poly container is located in the outside storage shed on the north
side of the facility. According to Jeff Kitto, owner, this waste was generated from the Solvair dry cleaning system, which was replaced with the DF-2000
hydrocarbon dry cleaning system. It is unclear when the Solvair system was replaced with the hydrocarbon system. It is also unclear how long the
container of propylene glycol hazardous waste has been stored on-site.
v
kz
1+
 r
r,
Elianna Florido, REHS Page 7 of 14
