Bell in regards the Pacific Bell <br /> facility located at_ 345 'North_ San Joaquin Street in Stockton, <br /> California (Site Code 1867) . IT accepts all - of the conditions <br /> you addressed with the following clarifications : <br /> In regards to the location of the wells, thev will most <br /> likely not be installed in 'the sidewalks due- to the number <br /> of structures you noted, overhead utilities, as well as the <br /> potential for wells pose a trip hazard for pedestrian <br /> traffic . We are . presentlyworkin-g�with the- City of Stockton <br /> _ m _ <br /> in obtaining__ the proper encroachment permits . To verify the <br /> drilling locations are safe, IT will notify Underground <br /> Services Alert as . required. IT will also utilize the <br /> services a utility .locating company as an added measure of <br /> safety . <br /> Due to the lack of space on-site, drill cuttings will be <br /> collected in a roll-off bin which will be placed on the <br /> street . IT is currently negotiating:. this with the county. <br /> Sample from' the bin will be analyzed on a rush basis so the <br /> soil can be disposed in the most timeefficient manner <br /> possible .
