It is the responsibility of the Field Supervisor to make sure all pieces of heavy <br /> equipment coming off-site are properly decontaminated, according to the procedures outlined <br /> Labove. <br /> f 3.8.3 Waste Disposal <br /> Disposable protective clothing, air purifying respirator cartridges and decontamination solution <br /> a will be contained, bagged, labeled and secured for proper disposal, and disposed of according <br /> {" to applicable state and federal regulations. <br /> 6 3.9 Work Practice Control <br /> 3.9.i General Work Practices <br /> L Only authorized personnel will be permitted in the work area. All <br /> information regarding work to be performed, emergency procedures, and health <br /> and safety hazards will be reviewed before the work begins during a daily <br /> tailgate safety meeting.
