' This Health and Safe hPlan (HASP) prescribes the procedures that must be followed during <br /> all project field work. Operational changes which could affect the health or safety of <br /> Personnel, the community, or the environment will not be made without the prior approval of <br /> the IT Project Manager, and the Project Health and Safety (HS) Manager <br /> The provisions of this HASP are mandatory for all IT personnel and subcontractors assigned <br /> ' to the Pacific Bell project.
