12.0 Emergency Response Plan <br /> 12.1 General <br /> The FC will establish evacuation routes and assembly areas for each site All personnel <br /> entering the site will be informed of these routes and assembly areas In the case of site <br /> evacuation, the following procedures shall be observed <br /> • Stop worlang, secure equipment, and return to the CRZ for decontamination. <br /> • Walk to the designated muster point <br /> • Remain at the muster point and notify the nearest IT office until further <br /> information its received <br /> Personnel should not stand in driveways or in front of gates, as these locations may be traffic <br /> routes for emergency and support vehicles entering the site. <br /> Each site activity will be evaluated for the potential for fire, explosion, chemical release, or <br /> other catastrophic events Unusual events, activities, chemicals, and conditions will be <br /> reported to the FC <br /> 12.2 Emergency Procedures <br /> If an incident (personal or vehicle accident, property damage, or near-miss) occurs, the <br /> following procedures will be used <br /> • The FC will evaluate the incident, assess the need for assistance, and notify the <br /> client <br /> • The FC will call for outside assistance as needed <br /> • The FC will act as liaison between outside agencies and on-site personnel <br /> • The FC will ensure the Project Manager and an HS Representative at the nearest <br /> IT office are notif ed immediately of the incident <br /> • The FC will take appropriate measures to stabilize the incident scene. <br /> • The PM will ensure that any injured employee's supervisor completes a <br /> Supervisor's Employee Injury Report (SEIR) Form and forwards the form to the <br /> HS Department within 24 hours of the incident. <br /> 12.3 Safety Signals <br /> Vehicle or portable air horns will be used for safety signals as follows. <br /> MZfo5-09-94(UST/4-0053 bk 12-1 <br />
