Occupying
r the same block are law offices and a car dealership The properties surrounding this block
consist of a car dealership, commercial establishments, a bank, a park, county and federal
buildings Several UST's have been identified near the site with the nearest one located at
rdistance of 300 feet
' California Water Company Records indicate that there are no groundwater supply wells
within a mile of the site. State Water Resources Control Board records show that water wells
rare (or were) present in the state hospital properties located approximately 2,000 feet
northeast of the site Water wells also occur approximately 2,000 feet to the east of the site
' San Joaquin County, as well as state records, indicate that groundwater flows northeastward
beneath the site and occurs at about 40-50 feet below surface
r
MVV-08-94/UST/94-0142 nbr 1
1
