1.0 CASE INFORMATION <br /> Ramage Environmental has prepared this Closure Report at the request of Mr Anthony Varni, <br /> Esq Of Varni, Fraser, Hartwell & Rodgers Mr Varni represents the property owner, Ms Marfan <br /> Mohr Fry The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Case Closure <br />- Checklist is included in Appendix A <br /> The subject property is a former textile processing and dying facility located at 711 South San <br /> Joaquin Street in the city of Stockton (San Joaquin County), California (Figure 1 - Site Location <br /> Map) Prior to 1991, metal construction buildings were present on the west side of the existing <br /> warehouse and office building (Figure 2 —Site Plan) According to Mr Hewie Potts, the trade <br /> man for the site, these metal buildings were removed around 1991 <br /> The site is bounded by Mormon Slough to the north, South San Joaquin Street to the east, the <br /> Stockton Station for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad and Amtrak to the south and <br /> Stockton Plating to the west(Figure 2) Land use surrounding the site is primarily commercial <br /> and light industry <br /> 1 <br />
