May 9 , 1990 <br /> SUBJECT: Evacuation Plan , Turner Cut Resort <br /> 12888 Neugebauer Rd. <br /> Stockton , Ca. <br /> 95206 <br /> Reference: San Joaquin County Planning Title , Div. 2 , Chp.23. <br /> I. DESCRIPTION OF SITE: The site is located at the above <br /> address, about 1 mile north of McDonald Road, along Turner <br /> Cut. A levee exists between the site and Turner Cut. <br /> At the site Neugebauer Road runs along the top of the <br /> levee. The site is in the 100 year flood zone. Recreational <br /> vehicles are located here on sites "rented for temporary <br /> stay. (Up to 30 days) This is not a Mobile Home Park. <br /> Sites are for recreational vehicles & tents. <br /> II.STOP.AGE: No storage is available at the site , out of the <br /> 100 year flood zone. Storage on the levee road is not <br /> feasable or permitted. <br /> III'..EVACUATION PLAN: The attached Annex "A" is published as <br /> required by S.J. County Planning Title , Div. 2 , Chp.23. <br /> IV. PLAN EXECUTION: The owner (s) , operators or managers of <br /> the Turner Cut Resort for recreational vehicles , will assist <br /> .in the. evacuation of resident campers, and. ,tow R.V. 's in storage <br /> "from site, The responsibility for the removal of <br /> privately owned vehicles rests with the owner/user of <br /> the vehicle or trailer/camper. <br /> VI. POSTING OF PLAN: A copy of Annex "A" shall be posted at <br /> the office , on the premisis, on the wall. <br /> VII. EVACUATION ROUTE( s) : The management of the RV site shall <br /> remove or cause to be removed, any obstruction , so that <br /> access to Neugebauer Road is provided. <br /> IX. DISTRIBUTION: Upon approval of the Evacuation Plan, copies <br /> will be- distributed to,_App'rovirig Akency, ' Site Owner, <br /> Site Manager, SJ Co. OES & Flood Control Section. (See Annex) <br /> X. MAP: See Annex "A" <br /> XI. PURPOSE: The purpose of this plan and annex is to help <br /> reduce the damage to property and hazards to health & safety. <br /> Signature of Owner <br />
