Frontage <br /> USE: General Plan Amendment, Re-Zoning <br /> CONDITIONS : <br /> 1. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Health <br /> District prior to occupancy. Should the number of employees ex- <br /> ceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four , a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22 , CAC, will be required by <br /> the Health District. <br /> 2 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system( s ) under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Health District prior to occupancy. 100 feet <br /> of leach line will be required between each seepage pit proposed <br /> and the septic tanks . <br /> 3 . Septic system can be used for only domestic type wastes . <br /> 4 . Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development. <br /> 5 .
