Weston,Inc. This report documents remediation consisting of,
soil removal, confirmatory sampling, and backfilling at two small spill sites (designated as north and
south spill sites) on the former DRMO site, located in the western portion of the NCTS Stockton Site.
The spill sites were contaminated with an unknown petroleum hydrocarbon substance likely to be
hydraulic fluid from heavy equipment stored at DRMO Lot 1201. Approximately eight cubic yards of
contaminated soil was removed. Final confirmation soil sampling results from the excavations indicated
non-detectable concentrations for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH), TPH as gasoline, TPH as
diesel, TPH as motor oil, and polychlorinated Biphenyls. The excavated soil was sampled for waste
characterization and transported off-site to a designated disposal facility. The excavations were
backfilled with suitable material and compacted. Based on the above information,no further action is
required at this site.
Nothing in this determination shall constitute or be construed as a satisfaction or release from liability for any
conditions or claims arising as a result of past, current, or future operations at this location.
