The Draft Workplan had been reviewed by you and <br /> by Ms. Hortensia Muniz of the Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC), Region 1, Base <br /> Closure Unit. <br /> ERM-West incorporated your and Ms. Muniz's comments into the final Workplan. A copy of <br /> ERM-West's responses to your comments is also being forwarded to you. Please provide your <br /> concurrence on this final Remedial Investigation Workplan.
