Good morning Melissa, Hope this e-mail finds you all well in all aspects specially healthy&safe nowadays. Please see e-mails below regarding this project. Ms. Rivera & Mr. Nso from your office have been kind enough in assisting us with expediting this project as much as possible. I needed to reach out to you to find out if there is any way you might be able to assist. While contractor was working on improvements at the subject facility,they encountered damaged electrical conduits/penetration fittings that need to be repaired/replaced for two of the existing fuel dispensers that are currently shut down. Since the day this was discovered,we have been in contact with your office to find out whether permit/approval from your office was required for this project& have already provided your office with the required items &fees. We would like to know if you could assist with expediting issuance of permit/approval from your office in order to be able to have this emergency repairs/modifications completed while contractor is still working on site& be able to have the two affected fuel dispensers back in service before the holiday&avoid having to back fill &complete the improvements contractor is currently working on & come back at another time to again break concrete by the fuel dispensers/udc's to complete the repairs/modifications needed once permit/approval from your office is in hand.
