Paul Thrailkill, Maintenance Manager, stated that Done Right Field Service services the forklifts on <br /> site and takes the waste back with them. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified u <br /> If the used oil is being taken with the service company,the following documentation needs to be kept at the facility <br /> to show that the repair business is following California Health and Safety Code Section 25250.12 under Article 13 of <br /> Management of Used Oil: <br /> -The amount of used oil generated showing that no more than 55 gallons is transferred in the vehicle at any one <br /> time. <br /> -The name and address of where used oil is being transported to. <br /> -The date the used oil is generated. <br /> Used oil filters need to be managed according to hazardous waste laws and regulations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 5/19/2017-5/19/2020, <br /> and maintain them on site.
