The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for JOES AUTO REPAIR as of March27, 2020. <br /> Open violations from December 04, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The container <br /> were: <br /> - One 5 gallon container of metal fines had no hazardous waste label <br /> -One approximately 3 gallon white container of used antifreeze had no hazardous waste label <br /> -Two blue 55 gallon drums of used oil had no accumulation start date. <br /> -Two approximately 15 gallon yellow drums containing used oil had no hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
