Also enclosed are copies of letters written by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) , Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) , Richard Navone, and Joseph "Mark" Newfield. <br /> The chronology and letters clearly show the claimant has not been <br /> in compliance with underground storage tank laws and regulations <br /> since PHS/EHD was informed of abandoned underground storage tanks <br /> existing at the site in February 1987. <br /> PHS/EHD and CVRWQCB have requested the claimant submit <br /> information from the soil investigations that were conducted in <br /> 1987 and 1989 and a work plan for installation of monitoring <br /> wells.
