My most recent <br /> conversation was with Daniel Garcia, in the Legal Division of the <br /> Department of Social Services, and handles Community Care <br /> Licensing. His only concern is whether the issues with which your <br /> respective agencies are concerned, i.e. , underground storage of <br /> toxic substances/waste or any toxic substance which may still be <br /> underground at the site, pose any health risk to children or any <br /> other persons on the premises. <br /> In past conversations with you, you have both indicated that <br /> there is nothing presently at the 107 N. School Street location <br /> that would pose any threat or risk to the health of any individuals <br /> occupying that premises.
