r Page 2, 107 School Street <br /> The monitoring wells, both onsite and offsite,.will be pressure grouted per regulation, with the <br /> exception of MW-2, which has become built into a concrete bench. These wells were all built <br /> to total depth of 60 feet bsg, with 20 feet of screened casing and approximately 23 feet of <br /> filter pack. .The estimated quantity of grout needed to properly destroy the monitoring wells <br /> would be approximately 27 gallons per well. <br /> To summarize, the following quantities of grout are needed to destroy each well group: <br /> 1. Cluster well VW-1 A, 1 B and 1 C: --47 gallons <br /> 2. .Well group VW-3, VW-4 and VW-5: -121 gallons <br /> 3. Well group VW-2, VW-6 and.VW-7: -121 gallons <br /> 4. Well group.SW-2, SW-3.and SW-5: -45 gallons. <br /> 5. Well group SW-4 and SW-6: -32 gallons <br /> 6. Well group.SW-1, SW-7, SW-8 and SW-9: -57 gallons <br /> 7. Monitoring wells: -27 gallons each <br /> Please proceed with submittal of a well destruction permit, $60 permit fee.and $285 permit <br /> processing fee for each parcel of land on which wells will,be destroyed,.and with scheduling. <br /> the work.
