' Quarterly Ground Water Monitoring Report - Third Quarter 2000 <br /> LODI THEATER <br />' 107 North School Street, Lodi, California <br /> t1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' At the request of Mr Edward Barkett of the Lodi City Center 12, LLC Advanced GeoEnvironmental, <br /> Inc (AGE) has prepared this Quarterly Ground Water Monitoring Report for the property located <br /> at 107 North School Street,Lodi, California The ground water monitoring event reported herein was <br />' performed on 28 August 2000 <br /> Background information and previous site investigation activities were described in the Corrective <br />' Action Plan, dated 10 June 1999, prepared by AGE The site and the surrounding area are illustrated <br /> in Figure 1 Structures, well and boring locations are illustrated on Figure 2 <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' All field work was performed in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites Field <br />' procedures for ground water monitoring and sampling are described below <br />' 2 1 MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br /> I Ground water sampling of the on- and off-site wells was conducted on 28 August 2000 A Solinst <br /> water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in the four wells relative to the tops <br /> of the well casings The ground water elevations and gradient were determined from these data <br /> (Table 1) <br /> After recording water level measurements, a submersible pump was used to purge each monitoring <br /> well of standing water Approximately 8 to 10 gallons of water(a minimum of 3 saturated well water <br /> casing volumes)were removed from each well Ground water temperature,pH and conductivity were <br /> measured at regular Intervals during purging using a Hydac water analyzer Field sheets and data are <br /> Included in Appendix A Purged water was stored on-site in labeled, 55-gallon DOT-approved <br /> drums <br /> I22 COLLECTION OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES <br /> Water samples were collected from each purged well using new disposable plastic bailers Each <br /> . water sample was transferred Into both 40-m1 volatile organic analysis (VOA) vials containing 0 5 <br /> ml 18% hydrochloric acid as a sample preservative and 1-liter amber bottles without sample <br /> IAdvanced CeoEnvaronmeatal,Inc <br /> I <br />
