HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES <br /> CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE <br /> CONCERNING HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. has adopted the following health <br /> and safety procedures for working with organic vapors and liquid <br /> contaminants encountered during investigative drilling and <br /> sampling operations . The purpose of this program is to provide <br /> health and safety precautions for the initial and subsequent site <br /> visits until the nature and magnitude of the contaminants have <br /> been defined. <br /> A. Access to the project site shall be limited to the site <br /> perimeter. In no cases shall the site perimeter be less than 24 <br /> feet from the borehole location for all non-authorized personnel. <br /> B. The site manager shall coordinate all activities of equipment <br /> and personnel at the project site. Site manager responsibilities <br /> will include but are not limited to the following: <br /> 1. Limiting access within the site perimeter to authorized <br /> personnel. <br /> 2 . Providing written log of on--site activities and events. <br />' 3 . Containment of all contaminated soils and water prior to <br /> disposal at appropriate waste disposal site. <br /> 4. Monitoring ambient air vapor concentrations on the site <br /> perimeter. <br /> 5. Notification of regulatory agencies during emergency <br /> procedures as defined in step C below. <br /> 6. Enforcement of site safety precautions . <br /> C. During drilling in soils containing organic vapors and <br /> liquid contaminants, all personnel shall undertake the following <br /> precautions: <br /> 1. Skin/Clothes Protection <br /> a.
