The equipment's function is to improve
workplace health and safety by keeping airborne dust concentrations at safe levels. The dust is not discarded
until the bag is removed from the extractor, as outlined in 22 CCR 66261.2. Please see comments above
in regards to the 14-gallon shop vacuum. All other waste containers have been labeled with an accumulation
date of November 19, 2019. Despite disposal on November 15, 2019; this was a Friday and our facility is not
open for business over the weekend. Mondays are when we take in vehicles from customers and order parts,
but do not necessarily paint vehicles. An accumulation start date of November 19, 2019 is accurate as that
is when we would have begun accumulation of waste. Photos are attached with this form of liquid paint
solvent (Exhibit 10), liquid paint waste (Exhibit 11), water solid (Exhibit 12), flammable solid (Exhibit 13),
bondo dust (Exhibit 14). The filters were removed from the bondo dust drum (Exhibit 15).
Rev.8 72 712 01 9
1868 E. Hazelton Avenue i Stockton.
