Laboratory analysis of soil and water samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline and diesel using <br /> EPA method 8015 and BTEX,1,2-DCA and EDB using EPA method 8260. <br /> 3. Preparation of a report that details the work performed. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Submit Environmental Health Department(EHD)well permit applications and$89:permit fee for <br /> each well permit application. Copies of encroachment permits and off-site property owner <br /> agreements must also be submitted. Once the well permits have!been approved,notify EHD of the <br /> proposed schedule for the work. <br /> 2. Laboratory analysis for MTBE,TBA,ETBE,TAME,and DIPE,;are not required on soil or <br /> groundwater samples since these contaminants have never been detected in previous soil or <br /> groundwater samples. <br /> 3.
